How Do I Book Hair and Makeup Services?

What Are Your On-Location Hours of Operation?

Which Areas Do You Cover?
We currently cover the following areas in Ontario Canada:
- Toronto
- York Region
- Peel Region
- Oakville
As we continue to grow we will be adding new locations. If your location isn’t in our current service areas please contact us here. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How Long Does Each Service Take?

Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes for a blow-out and 1 hour for an updo and/or any hot tool styling.

Please allow 1 hour for all makeup services including airbrush application.

For wedding hair or makeup trials please allow 90 minutes. For hair and makeup trials please allow 3 hours.

Each beauty service will also include an initial consultation between yourself and your beauty expert to ensure you receive the exact look you want.

How Should I Prepare For My Appointment?

The moment we confirm your beauty service booking you will receive an email that includes detailed information on how to prepare for your appointment.

For blow-outs at your home or hotel please ensure your hair is wet at the 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

If your blow-out appointment is to take place at your office, you need not wet your hair prior to your scheduled appointment. Your stylist will arrive with a spray bottle and will be able to accommodate a wet to dry blow-out.

For all makeup services please have your face clean and dry. Your makeup artist will prep your face prior to applying your makeup. If you have specific skincare products you would like used please have them on hand for your artist to use.

What Are Your Prices?

How Can I Pay?
We accept online payments via email transfer or credit card through a secure online payment site.

Bookings are non-refundable.
- Beauty services (hair, makeup, lessons, wedding trial) 100% of payment is due at time of booking.
- For beauty services where there are 6 or more services, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance is due within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If booking is made within 48 hours, 100% of payment is due at time of booking.
- wedding day services require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Final balance is due within 48 hours of your wedding day.

Are Tips Included in The Price?

Does Parking Cost Extra?
Yes, it does. If free parking is not available the following fees will apply:
- For hotels, condo’s and homes with underground or self parking services or where public parking is available within a 5 minute walk of your hotel or home a flat rate of $20.00 will be added to your invoice.
- If valet parking is the only option available your beauty professional will charge the fee to your room.
- If you are able to provide a parking pass please notify us at time of booking and please provide us with parking instructions prior to your appointment.

What Happens If I'm Running Late?

Do You Provide Beauty Services For Weddings?

Yes we do. Many of our beauty professionals have extensive experience working in the wedding industry.

We realize at this stage of life that your beauty needs are different than those in their 20’s and 30’s.

We truly understand that you want to look and feel your best on this important day and we can help.

Can I Book a Trial?

Yes, you can. We understand there are some events in life that you need to trial out certain looks and styles in order to feel comfortable moving forward.

If you require a trial, please let us know at time of booking. Your professional beauty expert will then be assigned to you for your trial and your event date. They will ensure all your details are documented at your trial so that your look can be recreated at a later date.

Can I Choose My Beauty Professional?

We send our skilled beauty professionals to you based on the service you have requested and where you’re located.

With the exception of weddings (*see below) we are not able to guarantee a certain beauty professional will be sent to you each time you book services with us. However, without question, you will always be provided with a highly skilled professional.

As a business, we go the extra mile and require each one of our beauty professionals receive advanced training taught by industry veterans. This helps to ensure a consistent skill level throughout the team.

Our founder and CEO is a veteran in the mobile beauty business and has hand chosen each stylist and artist based on skill set, experience and customer service expertise.

*For all wedding services, the professional beauty expert that is assigned to your trial will be the same expert assigned to your wedding day. They will ensure all your trial details are documented so that your look can be easily re-created on the big day.
